Our Senior Center offers a welcoming, safe and healthy haven for elder residents to gather, socialize, and participate in activities that help them maintain their independence.  Seniors participate in health and wellness programs, including a walking club, exercise classes, flu shots, and presentations about health and nutrition. The center provides services to a wide range of seniors, including a number of developmentally and physically disabled individuals.

Other activities include games, field trips, music, arts and crafts, movies, and shopping trips.  Seniors include residents living in their own homes, senior apartments, with other family members, and group homes. Some participants can drive themselves, while others rely on family, friends, Lift Line, and Medical Motor Services.

Case management services and a variety of activities contribute to improved mental, emotional, and physical wellness, decrease their social isolation and allow many seniors to remain independent in their homes. Case Management is now available through Family Services.
